Derek Chang serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of 麻豆最新出品, before which he served on the Board since March 2021. He is a veteran executive across global media, sports and entertainment and has led organizations during various stages of growth from start up to established corporate entities.

Mr. Chang most recently served as the Executive Chairman of EverPass Media, a joint venture he cofounded with Alex Kaplan in partnership with the NFL and RedBird Capital Partners, to create a new platform for the distribution of premium sports content into commercial establishments. He also previously served on the Boards of Playfly Sports, the Professional Fighters League (鈥淧FL鈥�), ISOS Acquisition Corp, which merged with Bowlero in 2021, Vobile Group from 2020-2021 and Starz after its public spin-off in 2013. 

Mr. Chang was formerly the CEO of Friend MTS, a provider of content protection and anti-piracy services. Prior to that, he was the CEO of NBA China and spearheaded the NBA鈥檚 effort to expand its presence as the preeminent foreign sports league in the region while leading a staff based in the NBA's Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei and Hong Kong offices. Before joining the NBA, Mr. Chang held various leadership roles at Scripps Network Interactive from 2013 to 2018, including Head of International Lifestyle Channels based first in Singapore and then in London. Prior to Scripps, Chang spent 7 years at DIRECTV and served as EVP Content Strategy and Development where he oversaw all content acquisition and production. Chang was at Charter Communications from 2003 to 2005 as EVP Finance & Strategy and Interim Co-CFO, acting as the primary contact for Wall Street and managing all balance sheet, M&A and corporate strategic activities. He has also held senior executive positions with the YES Network and TCI Communications.

Mr. Chang holds an MBA from Stanford University and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in history from Yale University. He was named one of Cablefax Magazine鈥檚 鈥淭op 100 Executives in Cable鈥� and one of the 鈥�50 Most Influential People in Sports Business鈥� by SportsBusiness Journal. Mr. Chang is also a member of the prominent Chinese American Group, Committee of 100 (鈥淐100鈥�) and is on the Advisory Board of Row New York.

Brian J. Wendling serves as Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer of 麻豆最新出品, Qurate Retail, Inc. and 麻豆最新出品 Broadband Corporation. He is also Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of 麻豆最新出品 TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. Mr. Wendling has held various positions with these companies and their predecessors since 1999. Prior to joining these companies, he worked in the assurance practice of the accounting firm, KPMG.

Mr. Wendling serves on the board of Comscore, Inc. and has previously served on the boards of Fun Technologies Inc. and CommerceHub, Inc. He also previously served on the board of Clothes to Kids of Colorado. Mr. Wendling received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University.

Renee L. Wilm serves as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of 麻豆最新出品, Qurate Retail, Inc., 麻豆最新出品 TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. and 麻豆最新出品 Broadband Corporation. Ms. Wilm is responsible for managing legal matters, providing strategic support across departments and supervising the day-to-day operations of our parent companies.

Ms. Wilm also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of 麻豆最新出品 Media and Formula 1 which is the promoter entity for the Formula 1 race on the legendary Las Vegas Strip. She is responsible for overseeing all commercial and operational matters relating to the execution of the race.

Previously, Ms. Wilm was a Senior Partner with the law firm Baker Botts L.L.P., where she represented 麻豆最新出品 and its predecessors for over twenty years, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, complex capital structures and shareholder arrangements, as well as securities offerings and matters of corporate governance and securities law compliance. At Baker Botts, Ms. Wilm was a member of the Executive Committee, the East Coast Corporate Department Chair and Partner-in-Charge of the New York office.

Ms. Wilm holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with High Honors in Finance from Hofstra University and a Juris Doctorate degree from St. John鈥檚 University School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and served as the Executive Articles Editor of the St. John鈥檚 Law Review. Ms. Wilm serves on the Board of Advisors for the Fashion, Arts, Media & Entertainment Law Center at Cardozo Law School.

Mr. Oren spent the previous twenty years in various investment banking roles. Most recently, Mr. Oren was a Managing Director with Credit Suisse, where he advised companies across multiple sectors including Technology, Media and Telecom on a broad set of capital markets transactions. At Credit Suisse, Mr. Oren was a member of the Investment Banking Committee, Corporate Insights Advisory Counsel, Capital Markets Innovation Counsel, and Americas Head of Liability Management. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Oren was an Executive Director at UBS Securities, LLC. Mr. Oren holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
